Tony D. Cao is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Florida and New York. He has tried numerous cases before juries and judges and has an outstanding success rate for his clients. Further, he has negotiated with numerous insurance carriers for settlements in favor of his clients and their families. His practice is devoted to personal injury negotiation, settlement and litigation. He is a graduate of the State University of New York School of Law at Buffalo (Juris Doctor 1999) and the University of California, Los Angeles (Bachelor of Science 1994). He is also fluent in Vietnamese.

Tram Le, Amy Lau, and Vy Do are legal assistants to Mr. Cao. Tram Le has a degree in Paralegal Studies and Associate of Science from Palm Beach State College. She works closely with clients to help them get the resolution they need; she also assists in litigation matters. Vy Do is fluent in Vietnamese and assists with all pre-litigation matters. Amy Lau is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and works closely with the firm’s Chinese clients. These assistants are closely involved with the cases from their inception to resolution and they are knowledgeable of all the firm’s clients and their cases.
